Complaint Details
I had a loan account with MANBA Finance Ltd. Even though there was sufficient money available in my account, the company is deducting charges from my account instead of adjusting the amount against my loan. I did not expect such deductions when the money in the account should have been used towards my loan amount. This is causing me financial loss and seems unfair. I request MANBA Finance Ltd to stop cutting unnecessary charges from my account, adjust the available amount against my loan as it should be, and refund any wrongly deducted charges.
