Bus departed approximately 1.5 hour before scheduled departure time – passenger stranded despite confirmed booking

I had a confirmed bus ticket booked through MakeMyTrip for travel on 30 August 2026. The scheduled departure time was 8:30 AM. I reached the designated boarding point on time, but the bus had already departed approximately one and half hour earlier than the scheduled departure time. The live tracking showed that the bus had already departed, despite the scheduled departure time being 8:30 AM. I attempted to contact the bus operator and relevant contact numbers repeatedly, but nobody answered my calls. Because of the premature departure, I was unable to board the bus despite having a valid confirmed booking. This caused financial loss, inconvenience, and disruption to my travel plans. I request a full refund of the ticket amount and appropriate compensation to me for the inconvenience and failure to provide the booked transportation service and compensate for my financial inconvenience and disrupting travel plans I request that the matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken against the service provider.
