Complaint Details
It is a clothing brand I found on Instagram. There were a lot of reels , adress, ph no. So I went to their outlet 2 months ago to customise a blouse. But now they are not picking call and ignoring messages. I went to their outlet again 1 week ago on Wednesday they said no one is present today. One month ago I called them to say if you are going to ignore give my cloth piece back with my money she said no it's not our policy we won't give money back and now she is not picking call and ignoring messages.
