मैंने एक ल्यूमिनस कंपनी की बैटरी खरीदी थी नवंबर 2023 में जिसकी गारंटी 3 साल की है और वारंटी 2 साल की है गारंटी के अंदर बैटरी बदल के मिलेगी और वारंटी में बैटरी सर्विस होके मिलेगी ये बताया गया था हमको जो कि आज की तारीख से 2 महीने की गारंटी अभी बची हुई है और अब वह बैटरी खराब हो गई है बैटरी बैकअप नहीं आ रहा है 40 मिनट में बैटरी की पावर खत्म हो जा रही हैमैंने इसकी शिकायत ल्यूमिनस कस्टमर केयर से की थी, जहां से तकनीशियन आए थे और बोल गए थे कि बैटरी 2 दिन में बदल जाएगी और आज 10 दिन हो गया लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ है ल्यूमिनस कंपनी की तरफ से
