For refund of damaged product

I purchased a product from Lovshy. When I received the item, it was damaged and of low quality, and I feel the price charged was too high compared to the quality delivered. I contacted Lovshy to raise this issue and asked for a refund. However, they are not willing to refund the amount and are only offering an exchange of the product. I am not satisfied with an exchange, as the product itself is damaged and poor in quality. I request that Lovshy provide a full refund for this damaged and overpriced product.
