7 size Shoe is not being replaced with the size 8 and the company is claiming i have used shoes

I ordered the particular Shoe of size 7 and the shoe was delivered subsequently. When i tried it, it was tight and not fitting properly. Then I also found that the shoe’s sole had faded even before delivered to me. I raised a request for replacement with see 8. The company has been causing a lot of harassment to me by not accepting my request and it’s been mental harassment for a an employee for whom it’s frustrating to keep a shoe worth rs 2499 but not using them. I raised several requests but the company just played around and kept saying the sole was faded. If an educated person like me is so helpless before such a huge brands, I wonder, what could be the agony of the voiceless. I request you to deliver me with justice either by ordering the company to replace the order or refund me at the earliest. Thanking you 🙏
