Formal Complaint Regarding Illegal Harassment and Abusive Recovery Tactics – Loan A/C No: [Your Loan Account Number] To: The Grievance Redressal Officer / RBI Ombudsman / Cyber Crime Cell I am writing to register an official complaint against [Loan Company / App Name] regarding severe harassment, privacy violations, and unlawful recovery tactics conducted by their collection agents regarding my loan account [Loan Account Number]. Despite my intention to settle the matter through official channels, representatives from [Loan Company Name] have repeatedly violated RBI recovery guidelines through the following actions: Abusive Language & Threats: Using profane, vulgar, and abusive language over phone calls, text messages, and WhatsApp. Privacy Violation: Accessing my phone contacts without consent and making harassing calls or sending defamatory messages to my family members, friends, and workplace colleagues. Continuous Intimidation: Calling at illegal hours (late nights and early mornings) and making false threats of police arrests, illegal property raids, or legal notices. Refusal to Cooperate: Refusing to provide official statements or written resolution options while continuing aggressive phone harassment. Relief / Action Requested: Direct [Loan Company Name] to immediately stop all illegal recovery calls, threats, and harassment. Instruct the company to stop contacting third parties or individuals from my contact list. Ensure all future communications are conducted strictly in writing via my registered email. Take strict disciplinary action against the recovery agents involved in violating RBI Fair Practices Code.
