Complaint Details
I ordered a white dress from a website called Little Box. They added an extra ₹750 as shipping charges, making Cash on Delivery (COD), and they also deduct an extra ₹100 as a return or exchange charge. This means out of the total ₹850 I paid including shipping, if I return it, I will only get ₹650 back. Since I had already canceled this product beforehand and they forcefully shipped it anyway, why should my refund be cut like this? Can someone please help me with this?
