Complaint Against LG India – Same Black Screen Issue in Three 55-Inch TVs and Demand for Refund

l am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding repeated display defects and hanging issues in my LG 55-inch television, Model No. 55NU875BPLA, and to demand a full refund of the purchase price. On the very first day of installation, my television developed a display issue involving a black spot on a white screen. Shop subsequently replaced the television, but the replacement unit also developed the same issue. A further replacement television experienced a similar display problem, with white light appearing on the black screen. In addition to these display defects, the television also experiences hanging and freezing issues, affecting its normal operation and overall performance. Within just two months of purchase, I have experienced repeated problems across three different television units. This is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the quality, reliability, and performance of the product. As a customer, I purchased an LG television with the expectation of receiving a reliable, defect-free product. Instead, I have faced repeated failures, inconvenience, and a loss of confidence in both the product and the service provided by LG India. Repeated replacements have failed to provide a permanent solution. Therefore, I am no longer willing to accept another replacement that may result in the same problems.
