Dear Sir, I had placed an order to purchase a TV on dated 05.07.2026 and I received my order on 13 July 2026 for an LG NANO 43" TV (Order No. [protected]). However, when I opened the box, I was shocked to find that it contained an old, heavily damaged, rusty, and scrap TV instead of the new LG NANO 43" TV that I had ordered. This has caused me great surprise and distress. Such an incident is completely unacceptable and appears to be a serious case of negligence or possible fraud during packing or delivery.
