Complaint Details
I checked my loan eligibility on the Kuber Cash App loan application. The eligible amount shown was lower than what I needed, so I did not proceed to apply for the loan and did not sign any loan documents. I also sent an email to Kuber Cash customer care explaining this. Despite this, I received a WhatsApp message today from an unknown number, harassing me to repay a loan that I never took and never signed for. I demand that Kuber Cash investigate this matter, stop any such harassment messages being sent in my name, and confirm in writing that no loan account or liability exists against me since I never applied for or availed any loan from them.
