Ordered on 23 Sep, paid ₹1,035. Neither received the product nor refund despite repeated calls/emails. Very frustrating. Please process my refund immediately.

I had ordered a product on 23 sep from krishna ayurveda for which I had done a payment of 1035 rs. I receive daily messages that I will get the order today but still not received. I tried to call them by thier customer care no. But most of the time I am not getting redirected to the agent after so much of frustration I told them to cancel the order they say they will cancel today and will get refund tomorrow but still I havent received any refund nor the product. Its too much frustrating and thier site dosnt have any cancel option we need to call the customer care only. I have also sen them mails but they just say they will provide me the refund by today. But still nit received the refund.
