Complaint against kisaan bus travel for not refunding my money

I booked kissan travels bus of today date. I left the bus but it was driver mistake. Driver told me to wait at Goverdhan chauraha Mathura road instead of flyover also bus spots are there at Goverdhan chauraha road......... but he took the bus at flyover and told me that come to vrindavan which is 10 km ahead from Goverdhan chauraha and I don't have any travel facility to go to vrindavan from Goverdhan chauraha....when I write the same thing in this helpline he talk me rudely also he sent me the wrong location of bus. I have the screenshot of whatsapp chats of same Also this incident I lost my exam and placement interview in lovely Professional University which is a huge loss for me. Kindly refund my money as my money still not refunded my time is wasted to wait for bus.
