I ordered Kissan Creamy Peanut Butter through Zepto, priced at Rs. 119. On receiving the product, I opened it and tasted it. The peanut butter had an acidic taste and caused a burning sensation in my mouth, indicating that the product was defective or spoiled. This is a serious quality issue since it is a food product meant for consumption, and such a defect could harm health. The batch this product came from needs to be checked by the manufacturer to prevent other customers from receiving similar defective products. I request a full refund of Rs. 119 along with compensation for this issue.
