Complaint Details
I procured awning from Kent International in May -2025. During installation vendor committed me warranty of 3 year against motor, fixtures and 10 Year Warranty on fabric. But after one year of installation awning motor stopped working when I approach vendor for support, he denied supporting under warranty and asking for chargeable repair. I am coordinating with Akash Jain ([protected]) from Kent International but not getting positive responses from there. Requesting you kindly help me on said matter and support me for refund or repair of awning. As its very harassing me mentally also and I am feeling robbed here. Sir 86 K is very big amount so how vendor behave like that only after sale of one year.
