I booked a suite at kasmos maisonette 3, 1st Main Rd Viraj, 560032 Bengaluru, India through booking.com. i wanted to get in touch with property before check-in and i wanted to check-in between 6 PM. I kep calling the number provided by booking.com but i did not get response. After repeated calling and messaging on whats app someone replied on whatsapp asking for 1000 booking amount. I paid only 250 advance. This has caused me lot of inconvenience as i was travelling with family waiting on the road as i was not able find the kasmos maisonette at the address provided by booking.com. i kept calling till 7 PM but no one picked the call. It caused a lot of inconvenience for me. If no one is responding why such property listed on booking.com
