Complaint Details
I had hired a civil work contractor, Kamlesh S/O Kishun Ram, for civil work services. Payment for the month of August was agreed, but an amount of Rs. 9000 has been held back and not paid to me. I have not received this pending amount despite the work being related to August month payment. I request that the contractor be directed to release my pending payment of Rs. 9000 for August at the earliest.
