Hi there’s this online brand that I ordered my ipad cases from and it’s been 3 days since the delivery. I want to return my items as they are defected and have quality issues. I’ve tried contacting the brand multiple times through calls and leaving them mails for the last three days, but there is no reply. No call back. No help is assisted by their side. I am just a college going student, helpless at this point. BRAND- Kalakaar india Amount of order- Rs. 3500 Could you please help my get my refund back.
