Taking extra money in frauds

I wanted to order a dress and I paid as they said it's 1999 for 3 dresses and now again they are asked me 1550 rupees twice saying that it is a state verifications charges and so I paid and again they are asking 3550 so I got a doubt and called the one who were seeling the dress so I heard the voice and then they said it is a process and then I called blue dart the voice was same exactly I spoke to the before salesman and now they are telling me if I don't pay the money the process will go pending and I will not get refund and again they called me and telling me that am i paying or not and then I said I don't have money and they r like it will go pending and if u don't believe I'm from blue dart well I'm not trusting the process so tli asked them to give my money back and they are not returning it was 2000 for the dress and that verification charges 1550+1550+3550 the phone numbers are [protected] and [protected] and I have the all the details and screenshot and one more thing when I called them he told me his name was sanjeev but the id which they sent me was Nitin named and one more when I asked them where the product is coming from they said it's nagpur maharashtra and when I asked the delivery agent blue dart they told me it is from Delhi
