Mera membership cancel nhi kar rha aur paisa mag rha

I had taken a membership with Justdial. I called their customer care to request cancellation of this membership. Instead of cancelling my membership as requested, the company is now asking me to pay more money. Despite my call and request for cancellation, no action has been taken on my request. I request that my membership be cancelled immediately as per my request and that I should not be asked to pay any additional amount. I also request a refund wherever applicable.
