My internet service has not been working properly for the last 10 days. Despite repeatedly contacting your customer support helpline, no permanent solution has been provided. For the past 10 days, your support team has continuously assured me that the issue would be resolved within 24–48 hours. However, these assurances have been repeated without any actual resolution. It is extremely disappointing that your team is neither taking responsibility nor providing a proper explanation or resolution for the poor internet service. I request you to register a formal complaint against this continuous service disruption, investigate the matter, and provide an immediate and permanent solution. Please treat this issue as urgent and share my complaint registration number. Thank you.
