I am using your 5G unlimited plan for the last 2 months, but I am not receiving 5G network at my residence. Only 4G network is available, due to which my daily data is getting exhausted and I am forced to purchase additional data add-ons (₹21 repeatedly). I have already complained multiple times to customer care over the past one month, but every time I am told that the issue will be resolved within 2–3 days or within a few hours. However, the issue is still not resolved. Due to this, I am facing continuous service deficiency and financial loss. Kindly resolve this issue permanently or provide a suitable compensation/refund. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this matter to higher authorities and consumer court.
