Network issue

I am a Jio subscriber using their mobile network service. I have noticed that whenever there is a power/electricity cut in my area, the Jio network also goes down completely, leaving me without any mobile network coverage. This happens repeatedly during electricity outages, which means I am unable to make calls or use mobile data at times when I may need it the most. This shows a deficiency in the network service being provided, as the network should not be dependent on local electricity supply in this manner. I request Jio to look into this issue and ensure that the network remains functional even during power cuts, so that subscribers are not left without basic network connectivity.
