Complaint Details
Mera naam Harshvardhan hai aur mera Jio AirFiber connection number [protected] hai (Registered Mobile No: [protected]). Maine 06/05/2026 ko 4 mahine ke plan ke liye 2222/- rupaye ka payment kiya tha. Lekin payment ke baad kafi lambe samay tak connection active nahi kiya gaya, jiske sambandh mein maine pehle NCH par ek grievance (Grievance Number: 9579615) darj ki thi. Us purani complaint par company ne 18-07-2026 ko yeh jhootha aashwasan dekar case close karwa diya ki connection resolve ho chuka hai aur usage theek reflect ho raha hai. Company ke active karne ke baad mera fiber connection mushkil se sirf 2 mahine hi chal paya, jabki maine poore 4 mahine ke plan ke liye bhugtan kiya tha. Ab mera connection fir se band kar diya gaya hai aur Jio customer care wale bina naya recharge kiye madad karne se mana kar rahe hain aur mujh par dabav daal rahe hain. Mujhe Jio ki service par ab koi bharosa nahi hai. Meri maang hai ki mujhe mere bache hue samay ya poore plan ke anusaar bante hue paise (Refund) wapas dilaye jayein aur is dhokhadhadi ke khilaf sakht karyawahi ki jaye.
