Hello my Name is Harish Chauhan staying in Mulund East Mumbai, I had paid for Jio Airfiber Installation for my home on 15th June 2026, but Reliance Jio unable to do that, and made delay in this process and keep delaying in it. And after that I asked for refund my amount and but still they are neglected it, and they are rudely behaving with me in this matter, And I am considering such names who had argued with me and showed me non cooperation in this process 1. Salesperson - Kalpesh Bhuwad 2. Supervisor - Arjun Sharma 3. Senior manager - Datta Chavan And they are only dragging for the name of back end and they are non responsive now, and delaying my refund, So now on I want a proper compensation with litigation with interest its been 5 months kindly look into this matter, And I have complainted on NCH but nothing happened, kindly support and help me to get my amount.
