Not Refunding the money

With due respect, I would like to state that I ordered a Jio AirFiber connection on 4 September 2026. However, due to some technical issues, the Fiber service was not available/working at my location, so we had to cancel the order. At the time of cancellation, Jio Customer Care informed us that the amount would be refunded to our account within a maximum of 21 days. However, today is 4 October 2026, and we have still not received the refund. Whenever we contact Jio Customer Care, we are given different reasons and repeatedly told that the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours. Despite this, we have neither received the money nor received any proper response or resolution from Team Jio. We were also informed that a voucher had been issued to us. However, we clearly stated that we do not require a voucher and requested a refund of our money instead. We were then asked to wait for another 2–3 days, but even after waiting, we received no response or refund. Furthermore, the customer service representatives have not been communicating with us properly or providing adequate assistance regarding this issue. Please help us we are students this money matters more than anything for us now, please help us.
