Complaint Details
I was using jio fiber and jio set top box to connect TV. When I connected this set top box to TV(VU worth 30000), It lost its image and a grey screen appears and the sound works fine, again when I connected this to a projector projector also underwent same, and now another TV(LG worth 23000) also facing same issue.
