Scammed me for 6 six months and they said they will take me classes as soon as possible it’s being a month now I did get any answers

I am writing to file a complaint against my institute regarding the course I enrolled in. At the time of admission, I was informed that the one-year course in six software programs. Based on this information, I joined the course and paid the required fees. During the course, I noticed that one of the promised software programs was replaced with another software. When I questioned the institute about this change, I was told that I already had access to the original software and therefore there was no issue. Trusting their explanation, I continued with the course. However, after six months, the institute informed me that I was not actually enrolled in the original software program as previously stated. This means I was misled for six months regarding the course content. In addition, the institute has not been responding properly to my concerns, and the classes are not being conducted in a satisfactory and professional manner. I believe this is a case of misrepresentation and poor educational service. I request that the institute provide a clear explanation, compensate for the lost training period, and ensure that I receive the software training that was originally promised at the time of admission.
