Instagram Seller Fraud – ₹900 Online Shopping Scam

I found Instagram seller @heritage_of_halfsare through a sponsored Reel advertisement. I ordered a saree and paid ₹900 on 21 October 2026 at 12:20 AM through Google Pay using my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. Payment details: Amount: ₹900 Payment status: Successful Receiver name shown: Facebook India Online Services Private Limited UPI transaction ID: [protected] Google Pay transaction ID: CICAgPi-hsbqJw Receiver UPI handle shown: ending in payu@indus Kotak transaction ID: PPPL[protected]ad7b648 Order details: Seller: @heritage_of_halfsare Order ID: HHS[protected] Order amount shown on receipt: ₹899 The seller promised delivery but the order has not arrived. The seller subsequently demanded an additional ₹2,079 for so-called state verification, claiming the amount would be refunded within five minutes. I suspect online shopping fraud. The payment receiver name also differs from the seller's name, and I request investigation into this discrepancy. I have preserved the payment receipt, order receipt, Instagram profile screenshots and WhatsApp messages. Please investigate the seller, trace the transaction and assist in recovering my ₹900 loss.
