*TITLE:* Financial Fraud of Rs. 1800 by Instagram ID @hansu_helper_is_back on Promise of Rs. 13000 Help. Respected Sir/Madam, I am reporting a financial fraud committed against me by an Instagram user with ID @hansu_helper_is_back (Name: Hansu). He claimed to be a helper/influencer and promised to give me Rs. 13,000 for my NEET studies. To get that amount, he demanded money from me in stages. I paid him Rs. 200 as a registration fee, Rs. 832 as a transfer fee, and Rs. 500 for paperwork, totaling Rs. 1800 via UPI. After receiving the money, he blocked me on WhatsApp and stopped all contact. He has not returned my money and has cheated me. I am a student from itanagar, arunachal, and this money was very important to me. I have screenshots of the chats and all payment proofs. I humbly request you to take strict legal action against this person and help me recover my Rs. 1800. Thank you.
