Complaint Details
boAt service technician physically installed an incompatible Avante Aura Plus PCB into my boAt Avante 2.1 2000 soundbar, resulting in severe hardware fault. Delivery Challan No. APDSK-DC-2627-04653 explicitly records part number MAINPCBABWA2.12000. Ticket ID 69063270 was approved, but pickup/replacement is intentionally delayed. NCH Docket 10191303 is active. Demanding full refund of ₹6,499 along with compensation.
