Received Maida (Flour) instead of GNC Protein - order fraud and false rejection

Prepaid Order ID [protected] was delivered on 15/10/2026 at 5:23 PM. Upon immediate unboxing within an impossible 7-minute period, the bucket lid was open and stuffed with 8 packets of local flour (maida) instead of 4kg GNC Whey Protein. Transit tampering occurred via courier partner Delhivery (AWB [protected]). Support ticket #[protected] was ignored and arbitrarily rejected by HyugaLife. Requesting 100% full refund and penal action for unfair trade practices. . That on 15/10/2026, the Complainant purchased a 4 kg GNC 100% Whey Protein bucket from the Opposite Party (HyugaLife) under Order ID [protected] for a total prepaid amount of ₹12824 2. That the package was delivered by courier partner Delhivery (AWB [protected]) on 15/10/2026 at 5:23 PM. 3. That within an impossible 7-minute window to open a 4kg protein bucket, upon immediate unboxing, it was discovered that the product seal was broken and the bucket was fraudulently stuffed with eight 500g packets of local flour (maida) instead of protein. 4. That immediate photographic proof with timestamped validation (WhatsApp chat at 5:30 PM) was shared with the company under Ticket #[protected]. That despite undeniable proof of transit tampering and logistics fraud, the Opposite Party arbitrarily and illegally rejected the replacement/refund request, causing severe mental agony and financial loss to the consumer." Relief Sought 1. Full Refund: Direct the Opposite Party to refund the principal amount of ₹12824. 2. Compensation: Order compensation of ₹10,000 for mental harassment, unfair trade practices, and litigation costs.
