Overcharging and Non-Issuance of Receipt for New Domestic LPG Connection

I obtained a new domestic HP Gas connection from SVS Gas Agency (Distributor Code: 41004288). The agency collected ₹5,620 through PhonePe but did not issue any cash memo/receipt. I was provided a domestic consumer book with connection type “NC” and a 10 kg cylinder. Kindly verify the authorized charges and provide an itemized bill, and refund any excess/unauthorized amount collected.
