Hotel Alishan service charge Compalsary

I visited Hotel Alishan, Bhadrawati, where the hotel is compulsorily charging a service charge to all customers and pressurising customers to pay it, even though this should not be mandatory. When I objected to this compulsory service charge, the hotel did not resolve the issue and continued to pressurise customers into paying it. I request that the hotel be directed to stop making service charge compulsory and to stop pressurising customers to pay it, and to refund any such service charge collected from customers against their wish.
