Complaint Details
Subject: Complaint against "Hometales Kiran" I booked Airbnb "Hometales Kiran" for Rs 5660 for which I have all proofs. On arrival: 1. No electricity for 2-3 hours and no backup was provided. 2. Jacuzzi water was extremely dirty, unhygienic and unusable. I have photos/videos. 3. Room was unclean and cupboard was full of trash left by previous guests. I have all the videos and pictures of the dirty cupboard and jacuzzi too. This is clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice as property was not as described.
