Not provided the air service to my vehicle when it's available

I was riding my two-wheeler when the tyre air went completely empty. I searched for a nearby pump and located a Hindustan Petroleum outlet, and walked there with my vehicle specifically to get air filled. At the outlet, the staff refused to provide the air service. When I asked for it, they scolded me and behaved very rudely towards me. As a result, I was left stranded at the pump without getting the basic air service I had gone there for. I request that action be taken against the outlet for refusing this basic service and for the rude behaviour of the staff, and that air service be made available to customers at such outlets as expected.
