I purchased a Hero Vida electric scooter, and the charger provided with it has not been working for nearly one month now. Due to this, I am unable to charge my vehicle and am facing a lot of transportation problems. I have called Hero Vida customer care several times to get this resolved, but I have not received any clear answer about when the replacement or repaired charger will be provided to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution from their side. I request that Hero Vida provide me with a working charger immediately and resolve this issue without further delay, as I have already been inconvenienced for a long time.
