Complaint Details
I purchased a bike from Mosaram Premia (Hero MotoCorp dealership). After the purchase, the bike started having a problem. I went back to them to get it fixed, but they have not been able to resolve the issue despite my attempts. I request that the defect in my bike be properly fixed, or an appropriate resolution be provided by Hero MotoCorp and the dealer.
