Complaint Details
I saw a video advertisement for a helmet yesterday and liked it. I contacted the seller, Helmet King, on WhatsApp regarding this helmet. They asked me to make the full payment in advance, which I did. They also asked for my details, and I provided my name as requested. The seller told me that I would receive the product within 24 hours along with a tracking ID. However, till now I have neither received the helmet nor any tracking ID. When I tried calling the seller to follow up, the calls are not being answered. I request that the helmet be delivered to me immediately along with the tracking details, or my full payment be refunded without further delay.
