Today is 2 October 2026, and I have still not received a single call from your installation team. I am extremely disappointed with this kind of customer service. I purchased your product with the expectation of receiving proper after-sales support. I am also concerned that if I arrange installation through an unauthorized technician, it may affect my product warranty.
