Escalation – Short Quantity Received

Dear Havells E-Commerce Support, I am disappointed with the rejection of my quantity-shortage complaint. I ordered and paid for 2 units of NEUTRON PLUS GLAMTUBE 20W 6500K, but received only 1 unit. The fact that the package was opened before recording does not prove that the missing unit was not absent at delivery. I request Havells to conduct a proper investigation by verifying dispatch, packing, warehouse, package-weight, courier and delivery records. Please resolve this by either dispatching the missing unit or refunding its amount. If unresolved, kindly escalate this complaint to a senior officer/grievance team.
