Refund for my un used days of internet

I take a broadband internet service from hatway I use approx one year and then later I raised the request for location shifting. After few days they said that there is no connection line at present my location.. And then I ask them what can I do now they tell me that please submit the router device and terminate the account and you will get refund for remaining un used days.. But it been three months but I didn't get refund but they are not responding properly. For every time when I rise the complaint or mail they said you will get refund in 10 to 15 days but days are going but refund not received from three months
