I had ordered product no 3675 a elephant crotchet toy for my niece Simran . by mistake i entered recepient number wrong and delivery man took parcel bacl . since then i reached out to companys official whats app number[protected] and anopther number[protected] . the second number is active and lady on that end is rude and unhelpful . i reached to company email as well requesting redelivery giving the right phone number. they are not responding to me
