Complaint Details
I placed an order on 15 october 2026 on their website,the order was prepaid.for few days i didn’t got any information afterwards I received an email of delivery tracking. Then they were not able to deliver in prescibed time and changed the date of delivery and i tried to contact them but no response and today I received a message from delivery firm that they are not able to deliver and returning back to sender
