I have ordered from zomato to Haldiram Mathura road resturant, Ordered was placed at 9.17 pm , delevery boy of zomato was present there from 9.40 pm but the resturant was not giving him the order, I myself try to contact with the resturant but every time they just say hum dekhte hai and disconnect the call, is this the way haldiram treat to customer????? Order given to him at 10.35 pm and it reach at 10.50 pm Till then my guest left my home without having dinner??? Who is responsible for this kind of behaviour? I need compensation for that, Order no.[protected] I also mail to haldiram customer care , they just provide Reposition of Product Details CRM:0577215 And no compensation provided
