WHEN I BOUGHT THE AC IN 2023, I GOT A FIVE-YEAR WARRENTY FROM THE COMPANY. NOW, WITHIN JUST THREE YEARS, ITS OUTDOOR COIL HAS GONE BAD, AND THE COMPANY IS NOT READY TO REPAIR IT. IT'S BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS, I"VE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY COMPLAINING, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY'S SIDE, AND MY COMPLAINT IS BEING CANCELLED REPEATEDLY. I HAVE ALSO SAY THAT I WILL PAY YOUR SPAIR PARTS BILL BUT ALSO CALCELLED MY COMPLAINT REPEATEDLY.
