Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected] I purchased a Haier 7 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (Silver) through Flipkart under the above order ID. The product was delivered in damaged condition at night. The delivery person opened the package, took the delivery OTP, and left without resolving the issue, despite knowing about the damage. I am left with a damaged product and request an immediate replacement with a new, undamaged washing machine or a full refund. Please investigate the delivery incident and take appropriate action. I have photographs/videos of the damage and can provide the invoice and other evidence if required. Please do not reject my complaint merely because the delivery OTP was provided.
