Account hacking

I am writing this complaint against a hacker who has been harassing me for the past 2 months. I keep receiving OTP messages from my bank at very short intervals, almost every 10 minutes. I have also found that a loan has been taken in my name without my knowledge or consent. This continuous harassment and unauthorized use of my identity for a loan has caused me a lot of mental stress and financial worry. I have not been able to stop these repeated OTP messages or the misuse of my details on my own. I request that this matter be investigated and the unauthorized loan taken in my name be cancelled or corrected. I also request that action be taken to stop this person from further harassing me and misusing my personal and bank details.
