Took the contract for grill, is not installing the grill and is not returning the money also.

I, Priyanka Verma, residing in Wagle Industrial Division 15, Thane, want to file a complaint against my contractors Rajan Verma (contact [protected]) and Kallu Jaiswar (contact [protected]) regarding a grill-making contract. On 17th May, I hired both of them to make a grill for Rs. 32,000, and they assured me the work would be completed within 15 days. It is now 4th October and the work has still not been completed, and I have received no update from them. When I told them it had been about 6 months and asked them to return my money since the work was not done, they blocked my phone numbers. After this, Rajan Verma came to my house in an intoxicated state and created a disturbance, which I have on video. When I mentioned I would file a police complaint, they told my mother and sister to do whatever they wanted and said they were not afraid of anyone. Only three of us live in the house, and we are scared due to this misbehaviour. I request help in recovering my money of Rs. 32,000 from both contractors and in taking action against their threatening and intimidating behaviour.
