I have firstly order size xs of a jacket, then i exchanged the size with samll as that one not fitted, then they also took extra 350 which was also not mention in exchange policy earlier ,i have placed exchange on 19th september 2026, till date now i didn’t receive the order when i approach them got no reply, this was their customer care type whatsap number- [protected]
